Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Pharmacy/Healthcare setting or pharmacy claims experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Skills in pharmacy claims resolution and understanding of insurance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate pharmacy claims and ensure accuracy in processing.
• Manage patient outreach regarding delays in medication delivery.
• Contact insurance companies for claim resolutions.
