Job summary

The role requires Michigan Pharmacy Technician license, 2 years of experience, and preferred specialty pharmacy exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy technician experience; prior specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist prescription intake and maintain adherence reminder calls.
• Coordinate delivery coordination and insurance benefits investigation; manage prior authorizations.
• Provide financial assistance research and support to patients and providers.
• Collaborate with Mail Order Services and Pharmacy Advantage teams to ensure seamless patient care.
