Henry Ford Health is seeking a Pharmacy Benefits Specialist in our Mail Order Services team in Rochester Hills. The role supports patients with maintenance medications, handles prescription intake, adherence calls, delivery coordination, and benefits investigations within the Pharmacy Advantage Program.

Qualifications include a Michigan Pharmacy Technician License, high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of pharmacy technician experience; prior specialty pharmacy experience is

• Requires a High school diploma or G.E.D. Associates degree preferred
• Requires State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician License.
• Requires a minimum of two years of previous pharmacy technician experience.
• Previous experience as a specialty pharmacy technician preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prescription intake, adherence reminder calls, delivery coordination, insurance benefits investigation, prior authorization management, and financial assistance research.
• Monitors medication adherence across patient populations and helps navigate benefits.
