Dayton Children's seeks a Patient Financial Services Insurance Billing Manager to oversee billing operations including claims processing, edits, denials, and insurance collections. You will manage staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with third-party regulations under the Director of Patient Financial Services.

Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office in Ohio, 40 hours/week, and collaboration across interdepartmental teams to optimize revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in patient financial services or healthcare billing.
• At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work tactfully with patients, staff, and interdepartmental customers.
