Harrison Gray Search is partnering with a leading independent insurance agency to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager for the Hudson or Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. You will work with a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and account support to personal lines clients.

The role requires a licensed insurance professional with personal lines experience and a passion for client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products, rating structures, and underwriting procedures.
• Experience using insurance agency management systems and carrier quoting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Market Placement: Prepare submissions and market new and renewal business to carriers.
• Client Support: Primary contact for day-to-day inquiries, coverage recommendations, and service issues for assigned accounts.
• Quoting & Analysis: Quote, analyze, and compare coverage options to provide tailored recommendations and collect client exposure data.
• Account Maintenance: Keep the agency management system updated with client and policy information.
• Liaison & Advocacy: Serve as the bridge between clients, vendors, and carriers to resolve issues.
• Sales Support: Assist producers with new and renewal business presentations.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
