Qualifications

• 2-5 years of insurance experience in personal lines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; insurance coursework preferred.
• Producers license required within 3 months.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned portfolio of personal lines accounts, including new business, renewals, policy changes, remarketing, and retention.
• Collect underwriting data and prepare submissions using carrier software; generate quotes and recommend coverages to clients.
• Pursue new business opportunities from referrals, leads, or inquiries; bind policies that fit client needs; maintain prospecting records.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by reviewing existing policies and promoting related Greylock products.
• Provide claims support by communicating with adjusters and guiding clients through the process to closure.
• Participate in agency meetings, training sessions, and community events to share insurance information and reinforce Greylock's value.
