Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Customer-facing claims experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consult with involved parties (customers, other carriers, attorneys, medical providers) to secure medical information and review insurance contracts, reports, and billing documentation.
• Investigate medical necessity and determine casualty status for personal injury insurance claims.
• Monitor case files over the course of treatment and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
