Job summary

Cordoba Corporation in California is seeking a Permitting Coordinator to support Gas utility infrastructure projects within the Energy-Gas sector. You will collaborate with project management, engineering, environmental, land services, construction, and agencies to prepare, submit, and expedite permits.

The role requires 1–2 years of permitting experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct utility and underground infrastructure permitting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• QA/QC review experience with reports, designs, permit applications & exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare permit submittals and defend them as needed.
• Assemble and submit permit packages.
• Expedite permit packages through lifecycle from design to energization.
• Attend team and client meetings and review design documents.
• Engage with client permit teams and stakeholders for timely submittals.
