University of Puget Sound is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft developer to maintain Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Campus, Finance, HR) using PeopleTools, PeopleCode and PL/SQL. The role reports to the Senior Technical Program Manager and develops enhancements and integrations.

The successful candidate will gather requirements, build mockups, design solutions, mentor staff, and support functional teams through complex development tasks while upholding university standards and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience with 5 years of programming, database systems, and systems analysis.
• Experience with complex solution delivery and understanding of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and maintain administrative applications.
• Mentor development staff in implementation and troubleshooting.
• Manage development support and maintenance functions.
• Document and ensure adherence to university standards in all areas of application development.
• Oversee day-to-day development activities and ensure quality delivery.
