As a peer recovery support specialist, you will help drive progress with the multidisciplinary WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute's Innovation Center team. You will be part of an exciting collaborative effort at an RNI institution working towards innovative solutions to advance the science around optimizing brain health. Your efforts will support the management and advancement of a five-year-old Institute that has already performed several first-in-human clinical trials and experienced exponential growth in publications, grants, and intellectual property, all aimed at improving lives locally and globally.
This position will support the research and development missions of West Virginia University by coordinating and implementing operational tasks related to several research projects essential to the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute.
The WVURC was established in 1985 to support research at West Virginia University, providing evaluation, development, patenting, management, and marketing services for inventions of faculty, staff, and students. We also help protect intellectual property through patents, copyrights, and licensing agreements.
