Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including experience gathering and synthesizing data from diverse sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear executive summaries, presentations, and client-ready materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Comfort working with senior executives and investors, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest in private equity, executive leadership, and sector-focused investing across industrial products and services related sectors.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, collaborating effectively both in-office and remotely while maintaining accountability and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Act as a connection point between clients and industry-leading executives.
• Report to and partner with VPs and sector team on high-visibility projects.
• Independently manage day-to-day execution of client-facing projects.
• Identify target executive candidates, recruit and interact with executives.
• Collaborate with executives to develop deal ideas and assess potential investments.
