The position requires a BA/BS and at least 8 years of business analysis experience, including project management. A strong background in PBM operations and analytics is preferred, with the ability to present findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.
• Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex needs.

• Conduct complex business and claims data analyses to quantify impact and support remediation recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and develop corrective actions.
• Develop impact assessment methodologies, business cases, and executive-level reporting.
