Elevance Health, Inc. seeks a PBM Business Consultant to translate moderately complex business needs into software requirements.

The hybrid role requires in-office 1–2 days per week with flexibility for remote work, and alternate locations considered within commuting distance. You will lead cross‑functional teams, define software requirements, design solutions, conduct data analyses, and partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Client Services to drive risk

Competenze

• BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years business analysis experience, including analysis and project management.
• Experience leading teams of analysts on complex projects.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or similar analytics tools is preferred.

• Lead teams of analysts on complex projects.
• Determine specific business software requirements to address complex and varied needs.
• Analyze and design solutions to address complex business needs.
• Consult with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.
• Lead restitution reviews and operational investigations to assess impacts from process, system, or configuration issues.
• Conduct complex data analyses to quantify impact, identify trends, and support remediation recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and develop corrective actions.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Develop impact assessment methodologies, business cases, and executive-level reporting.
• Support PBM Operations initiatives by evaluating impacts, risks, and performance outcomes.
• Prepare and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain governance artifacts for compliance and audits.
• Think end to end and take accountability for your work.
