Job summary

SSM Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Experience & Service Recovery Advisor. This role partners with leaders and care teams to resolve patient concerns, analyze experience trends, and drive service recovery initiatives across the system.

This is a hybrid position based in Wisconsin with three onsite days each week and occasional travel to other Wisconsin ministries as needed to support service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience and education.
• Five years' experience in patient experience or service recovery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis, education and coaching needed to build improved exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborates with leaders and frontline staff to develop strategies to improve patient experience.
• Utilizes patient experience metrics to drive improvement initiatives across the system.
• Develops reporting mechanisms and communicates findings to key partners.
• Promotes resolution of complaints and grievances in a timely, compassionate manner.
