Job summary

Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking a Program Coordinator for Pathways to Careers in Minneapolis. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on recruiting students from under-resourced communities and delivering structured support across two-year pathways.

The coordinator will engage with high schools and community events, manage data, and build partnerships while ensuring program goals align with college accreditation and student outcomes.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to work in a collaborative, solution‑oriented team.
General statistical knowledge (enrollment, retention, attrition).
Willing to work 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
Active MN driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Recruit and provide direct support to Pathways to Careers students.
Attend Dunwoody admissions events, open houses, orientations, and workshops.
Provide student support and engagement for P2C chapters/participants.
Manage program data reporting and tracking; assist with partnerships.
Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate program orientations and college/career success sessions.
