The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in EE/CE/CS, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to at least one state bar, registered before the USPTO, and have two or more years of substantial patent prosecution experience; examiner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO and 2+ years of substantial patent prosecution experience.
• Experience as a patent examiner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patent prosecution including preparation and prosecution of patent applications and related analyses.
• Research and analysis of technologies across internet, semiconductor, software and hardware domains.
• Hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement as required in Washington, DC.
