Qualifications

• Two years of patent prosecution experience.
• Three years of engineering and/or research experience.
• Registration with the USPTO.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications.
• Draft responses to USPTO office actions.
• Work closely with attorneys for patent preparation.
• Draft instructions for foreign patent agents.
• Conduct patentability studies.
• Provide technical support for opinions and litigation.
