Qualifications

• 7+ years of partnership tax experience in public accounting or multi-entity corporate environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Form 1065, Schedule K-1 and partnership allocations.
• Experience in high-volume compliance and reporting with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership tax calendar and prepare filings and notices.
• Oversee U.S. partnership tax compliance and partner statements.
• Coordinate with accounting, legal and external advisors to resolve issues.
• Support tax accounting, provision, and financial reporting processes.
• Lead process improvements and system implementations for tax.
• Manage external firms and monitor performance against deadlines.
