Job summary

The Thrive Network is looking for compassionate, licensed therapists to join our part-time team in New Jersey. This hybrid role provides services in home and office settings to children, adolescents, and families, with collaboration across care teams.

We value professional growth, ongoing supervision, and client-centered care. Availability includes weekday evenings and weekends, with flexible schedules based on client needs and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and state licensure/credential in NJ (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, or LAC).
• Minimum 2 years for counseling children; minimum 3 years in mental health/behavioral health services.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for in-home/community visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, individuals, and families.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess client needs and treatment goals; track progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with educators, clinicians, physicians, and families for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis support and ensure safety planning as needed.
