Job summary

The Thrive Network is seeking compassionate mental health professionals to join a supportive, collaborative team delivering therapy to children, adolescents and families. This hybrid role combines in-home and office-based services in New Jersey.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and a current NJ license (LCSW/LPC/LSW/LMFT/LAC). Travel for in-home services is required and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active NJ license/credential (LCSW/LPC/LSW/LMFT/LAC).
• Experience counseling children/adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, individuals, and families.
• Assess client strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Help clients develop skills in emotional regulation, independence, decision‑making, communication, coping, and relationships.
• Respond to safety concerns per reporting requirements and policies.
• Collaborate with educators, care managers, clinicians, physicians, and families.
• Provide crisis support when required and complete documentation on time.
• Participate in monthly team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
