Innovetive Petcare in Austin, Texas is seeking a Part-Time Revenue Accounting Specialist to support daily revenue accounting, accounts receivable, cash application, and banking activities for our network of veterinary practices.

This hybrid role is approximately 25–30 hours per week and emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with the Finance team to keep financial operations across multiple locations moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting or revenue-related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily revenue and accounts receivable transactions into the system.
• Post and apply cash, checks, and card payments accurately.
• Reconcile banking and cash activity and research discrepancies.
• Prepare documentation to support the Staff Accountant and financial reports.
• Provide back-up support and ensure timely completion of processes.
• Follow established policies and internal controls.
