Qualifications

• Experience with budget development, planning, analysis, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring departmental and college budgets and expenditures.
• Monitor financial transactions for alignment with approved budgets and policies.
• Prepare and maintain Budget & Financial Reports for Academic Division & Administrative Unit Directors.
• Develop financial models to evaluate budget decisions and resource allocations.
• Conduct analyses to assess budget performance and inform decisions.
• Develop tools to improve budget tracking and reporting.
• Assist with preparing Academic Program Profit & Loss Statements.
• Approve Salary Distribution Changes/Funding Changes for faculty/staff.
• Assist with year-end financial closeout processes and ensure accuracy.
• Respond to financial questions and provide guidance; upscale issues when needed.
