MaziCTools is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Consultant in Evansville, IN. This hybrid role involves assisting customers via phone and virtual interactions, focusing on providing effective solutions with in-depth product knowledge.

Formación

• Minimum one year of customer service experience required.
• Previous call center experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in using various systems and tools to assist customers.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and concerns on all products and services.
• Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues.
• Engage with T3 support to resolve issues.
• Maintain proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters.
• Identify and track issues to assist in root cause elimination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
