Job summary

Actalent in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Hybrid Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator to support a clinical trial, recruit eligible participants, educate them about the study, and ensure engagement and compliance.

The role is 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule, largely remote or hybrid, and requires strong clinical research experience, HIPAA and GCP training, and excellent organizational and communication skills to support investigators and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in clinical research.
• 1+ year in patient recruitment for clinical research.
• HIPAA and GCP training completed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-screen, and recruit eligible participants for the clinical trial.
• Educate potential participants about the study and its requirements.
• Support enrollment goals with phone screening, discussions, and follow-up.
• Engage community partners to drive referrals and awareness.
• Maintain EMR documentation of recruitment activities.
• Ensure participant privacy and adherence to GCP guidelines.
