Friendship Public Charter School in Washington, DC seeks dedicated professionals for the 2026–2027 school year to advance student achievement in a high-performing urban network.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits from an accredited college/university or completion of the ETS Para-Pro exam or a CDA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Education, or related Liberal Arts field (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with student incentive programs.
• Experience tutoring or substitute teaching.

Responsabilités

• Set high academic and behavioral expectations for all students.
• Lead students to high levels of academic success in an urban school environment.
• Provide in-person or virtual classroom support to teachers.
• Conduct small-group remediation and differentiation.
• Maintain attendance and ensure safety protocols and procedures.
