Job summary

Responsibilities include determining eligibility for care programs, coordinating schedules, interviewing clients, compiling case information, and supporting attorneys with research and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal studies or related legal experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Determine individual and family eligibility for applicable care programs.
• Coordinate and communicate schedules with internal and external clients.
• Conduct client interviews and gather relevant facts and information.
• Compile case information and provide recommendations to attorneys.
• Manage assigned casework from intake through resolution with documentation.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal documents and related information.
• Assist with drafting legal documents and accurately document findings.
• Research and retrieve information using multiple databases and systems.
• Attend workgroup meetings and actively participate in discussions.
• Provide administrative and operational support to leadership as needed.
• Maintain organized case files, notes, emails, and supporting documentation.
• Prioritize multiple assignments while consistently meeting deadlines.
