The position offers a hybrid schedule with field, remote, and office-based work. Candidates should have a 2-year degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and strong data-entry skills, plus willingness to travel within the assigned county.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields.
• Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Represent the program across schools, events, community centers, local businesses, youth organizations, and gatherings.
• Guide prospective students through early enrollment steps and ensure program requirements are understood and completed.
• Manage field outreach, eligibility guidance, and follow-up with leads to maintain momentum.
• Enter new leads into tracking systems accurately and keep notes up to date in online systems.
• Support monthly enrollment and arrival outcomes with effective communication to partners, applicants, and families.
• Maintain data quality in digital systems and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
