Job summary

Rivia Mind seeks a licensed or license-eligible mental health professional to join our hybrid Boston-based psychotherapy team. You will provide high-quality clinical care, conduct intake evaluations, and deliver psychotherapy via in-person and telehealth modalities.

The role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for specialty development. Compensation includes a base salary with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or related graduate degree.
• Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW/MHC) or license-eligible; associate-level license acceptable.
• Certifications in modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis.
• Service and maintain weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Follow Care Model practices emphasizing continuity of care and high-frequency follow-ups.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing).
• Telehealth counseling for diverse patient populations.
• Crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.
• Document session notes in a timely, thorough manner.
