Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking psychiatrists to provide patient-centered psychiatric care in-person or hybrid, with flexible scheduling to fit clinicians’ needs. You’ll work alongside experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes ongoing learning with Grand Rounds, weekly consult hours, a CME stipend, and opportunities to teach PMHNPs, while benefiting from strong support staff and a productivity-based

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered psychiatric care in-person or hybrid, with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and handle clinical consults.
• Participate in CME, supervision of PMHNPs opportunities.
• Engage in teaching and supervision opportunities.
• Be part of a productivity-based compensation model with comprehensive benefits.
