Qualifications

• PMHNP: Unrestricted PMHNP-BC license with DEA active.
• PA: Unrestricted PA license (CAQ) with DEA active.

Responsibilities

• Medication management and therapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat adult and/or child/adolescent patients.
• Utilize EHR and technology platforms.
