Brookline College in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Faculty in a per diem, hybrid program. The role emphasizes distance education delivery, student assessment, and a flexible teaching schedule.

No teaching experience is required but preferred. The position focuses on maintaining teaching loads, collaborating with the program director on curriculum design, and ongoing professional development to support student success

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in the teaching field
• Current Arizona COTA or OT licensure required
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in OTA program content
• Transcript evaluation may be required for international credentials

Responsibilities

• Deliver distance education courses and online content
• Maintain a teaching load per semester as offered
• Use LMS to deliver course content and provide formative feedback
• Ensure curriculum design quality with program leadership
• Participate in program and course assessments and reporting
• Engage in professional development for pedagogy and LMS tools
• Attend faculty meetings and collaborate with colleagues
