Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks an experienced Oracle/enterprise applications developer to join a growing cloud-based environment. The role involves hands-on development, configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion/Utilities within a large energy company.

The position emphasizes collaboration with business teams, data engineers, and architects, with a hybrid work setup and relocation assistance to Buffalo, NY area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud) or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
• Experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or related discipline in utilities/energy/regulated industries is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with data engineers and application architects to align with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.
