Job summary

Citi is seeking an Oracle EBS GL Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle ERP modules in a hybrid setup in India. The role focuses on production support, BRD/FS preparation, and UAT coordination within Procure to Pay and related modules.

The candidate will partner with global teams, ensure SLAs, and drive technical solutions using Oracle workflows and SQL/PLSQL. Bachelor's degree required; 8–10 years of ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Oracle ERP experience across modules.
• Experience with Procure to Pay, GL, FA, PA, AP, AR in Oracle.
• Experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle production support for Oracle ERP environments and resolve complex issues.
• Prepare BRDs and functional specs; coordinate UAT and production migrations.
• Interact with vendors and internal stakeholders; monitor SLAs and provide root-cause analyses.
• Contribute to design and configuration efforts and update training materials.
