Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM support.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to work-related problems and analyze complex software issues to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, implement enhancements, and gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize business disruption.
• Maintain documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides; ensure policy compliance.
