UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks an OR Radiologic/X-Ray Technologist to perform OR-Hybrid imaging exams, develop exam protocols, assist with accreditation, and help maintain imaging equipment. The role collaborates with physicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and patient safety.

The position requires an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or AMA-approved program, ARRT and MRT licensure, and BLS certification. Fr-Su shift with on-call duties; $10K sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or AMA-approved program.
• Licenses/certifications: ARRT, MRT, and BLS required by first day of employment.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Texas license or eligibility is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Review OR schedule and coordinate to case load; adjust factors for imaging.
• Produce timely, high-quality diagnostic images following protocols.
• Operate fluoroscopic equipment, set dose parameters, and ensure image labeling.
• Administer IV contrast when appropriate and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Troubleshoot imaging systems and coordinate with service staff as needed.
• Communicate workflow status and support training for new hires.
