Job summary

ETS Vision in Southern Colorado is seeking a full-time optometrist for a hybrid role with three days of in-person patient care and two days of remote work each week. The position combines a $170,000 starting base with production bonuses and a supportive team across Pueblo and other southern Colorado locations.

Clinicians see diverse patients with strong pediatric care; OCT and Optos imaging are available to support care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Colorado optometry license or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable providing both in‑person and tele‑optometry care.
• Ability to practice autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.
• Utilize OCT and Optos imaging to support patient care.
• Deliver both in‑person and tele‑optometry services within a hybrid schedule.
• Maintain autonomous clinical practice while collaborating with a team.
