Job summary

JRAD is seeking an experienced Operations Strategy & Modernization Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force AF/A4C Civil Engineer Operations Directorate. This hybrid role combines on-site work at the Pentagon with remote work, focusing on coordinating enterprise modernization initiatives and delivering strategic analysis for senior leadership.

You will develop POA&Ms, executive dashboards, and performance measures, track milestones, and prepare decision-support products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience supporting Air Force or DoD programs.
Experience supporting AFCEC, AFIMSC or a Major Command strongly desired.
Experience in strategic planning, implementation plans, or enterprise initiatives.
Experience developing and tracking POA&Ms, milestone schedules, or performance measures.
Knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer organizations and installation processes.

Responsibilities

Support execution of the AF/A4C Strategic Implementation Plan by coordinating modernization initiatives.
Develop and maintain POA&Ms, implementation plans, executive dashboards, and strategic reports.
Track milestones, assess risks, and prepare executive updates for Headquarters Air Force leadership.
Conduct program analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Coordinate actions across DoD stakeholders to improve enterprise execution.
Support infrastructure modernization and enterprise business process transformation.
Research technologies and best practices to improve installation readiness.
Develop executive briefings and presentation materials for senior leaders.
