DCI is seeking a dedicated L1/L2 Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day security support, monitor critical technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our digital assets. You will serve as a frontline defender, handling routine security operations, incident triage, endpoint protection, and tool administration in a hybrid onsite role in Houston or Tampa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years total information security experience with 4+ years in security operations.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint protection, SIEM, and vulnerability remediation.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day cybersecurity support and monitor security tools.
• Coordinate with MSSP/SIEM for incident management and escalations.
• Support network, endpoint security, DLP, cloud, and identity access management.
• Assist in incident handling, remediation tracking, and reporting.
