Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics is seeking a highly experienced clinical development professional to support Oncology programs, assisting the Clinical Development Lead in directing Phase 1–3 studies and ensuring high-quality data for governance and regulatory submissions.

You will author and review protocols, DSURs, and Investigator Brochures, while collaborating across teams to drive study execution and data integrity.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD/Masters or advanced nursing degree with oncology knowledge.
• 10+ years in clinical development within pharma/biotech.
• Experience with clinical study design, protocol development, data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to regulatory and clinical program strategy and trial design.
• Author/review protocols, informed consent, DSURs, and investigator materials.
• Lead or oversee clinical studies with delivery of key data deliverables.
• Coordinate data review, CRF review, data listings, and patient profiles.
• Support site management, start-up, and global study execution.
• Design study parameters to reduce operational risk and improve site performance.
• Contribute to inspection readiness and regulatory audits.
• Develop content for Investigator Meetings and engage investigators.
• Educate junior Clinical Science personnel and evolve the clinical science role.
