Job summary
Virginia Oncology Associates in Hampton is seeking a Clinical Research RN for a full-time, hybrid role. The position focuses on screening patients for trial eligibility, enrolling participants, and coordinating protocol-based care with physicians and sponsors.

Qualifications
- Experience in clinical research preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret protocols and regulatory documents
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Responsibilities
- Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility and present trial concepts
- Enroll patients on protocol after informed consent
- Coordinate patient care to meet protocol requirements; 75% computer-based
- Collaborate with other research sites and sponsors
- Oversee physician orders to maintain protocol compliance and notify of adverse events
- Communicate study requirements and dose modification needs
