Qualifikationen

• Pharmacist must hold or be eligible for Iowa licensure.
• Experience in oncology pharmacy or hematology care.
• Experience with ambulatory/clinical pharmacy services is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical care in hematology/oncology clinics and ambulatory settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, students, and residents on therapy management and safety.
• Document and communicate therapeutic recommendations and monitoring plans.
• Participate in program development, quality improvement, and policy initiatives.
• Provide after-hours coverage as needed for ambulatory oncology services.
