Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner for an Occupational Medicine clinic in Lynnwood, WA. The role offers a hybrid schedule, about 40 hours per week, with two on-site days and three telehealth days.

New graduates are welcome, with on-the-job mentorship and relocation assistance available. The clinic serves immigrant workers, focuses on non-urgent occupational injuries, and provides comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance, PTO, CME

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and WA state license eligible.
• New graduate NPs welcome to apply; mentorship provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients with work-related injuries.
• Sees lumbar and cervical sprain injuries.
• Manages slip-and-fall work injuries.
• Provides ongoing assessment for new symptoms.
• Updates treatment plans as care progresses.
• Makes referrals to specialists as needed.
• Does not provide urgent or emergent care.
• Documents care using Occ. Health practices.
• Maintains a goal of 14-16 patients per day.
