Job summary

Nuvera, now part of Inizio Engage, seeks a Consultant to bridge operations and strategy across client engagements in the life sciences sector. You will analyze business challenges, support strategy development, and drive execution with clients and senior team members.

You will translate insights into deliverables, manage workstreams, and contribute to Nuvera’s evolving capabilities, with a focus on actionable recommendations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• United States Citizenship or valid VISA.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
• Experience presenting to clients and developing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to perform detailed business analysis and document processes.
• Willingness to work in New York City office Thursdays, remote Mon-Wed & Friday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support client recommendations.
• Participate in client engagements and presentations to understand needs, align on strategy, and support implementation planning.
• Lead ownership and delivery within assigned workstreams.
• Define objectives and project schedules, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Identify risks and take corrective action to keep projects on track.
• Support Nuvera’s business development and internal initiatives.
• Other work as assigned.
