Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 7–10 years of legal operations experience.
• Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
• Knowledge management and e-billing platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strategic knowledge management plan for the Legal department and establish templates and checklists.
• Manage law firm/vendor relationships, including billing and third-party oversight.
• Assist with annual budgeting, financial planning, and legal bill processing with Finance.
• Support implementation of an e-billing system.
• Track legal/compliance requirements and filings; report on metrics.
• Coordinate department meetings and offsite logistics; support ad-hoc projects.
• Propose process improvements and evaluate tech enhancements to raise efficiency.
