Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Assistant Designer in New York City to help create brand-right, commercial designs across collections. You will deliver sketches, CAD images and tech packs, and help build and maintain the sample room, ensuring designs align with concept and business strategy.

You’ll work under supervision, applying fashion trend knowledge, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet timelines and adapt designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Entry level with some design experience in a comparable retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Centric a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist design team in creating brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy.
• Deliver sketches, prototypes, and provide clear specifications for construction.
• Build and maintain the sample room.
• Create flat sketches, CAD images, and tech packs to scale.
• Prepare design team for routine meetings, coordinating line presentation boards and samples.
• Communicate development details to internal partners and vendors.
• Partner with technical design on function and prototype execution.
• Track and organize development samples to meet timelines.
• Attend routine meetings and align with key partners.
• Adapt designs based on feedback for finalization.
