Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML Model Validation and Governance professional for a leading financial services organization in New York. This full-time hybrid role (3 days onsite per week) offers a base salary up to $210,000, plus a 10% annual bonus and a sign-on bonus.

You will independently validate predictive, statistical, AI/ML, and Generative AI models within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Hands-on validation of predictive or AI/ML models in regulated environments.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with ability to explain results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent validation of predictive, statistical, AI/ML, and Generative AI models.
• Evaluate model methodology, data quality, implementation, performance, limitations, and use case.
• Conduct benchmarking, sensitivity analysis, stress testing, and performance testing.
• Assess explainability, bias, fairness, robustness, and regulatory compliance.
• Review models using structured and unstructured data, including NLP, LLM, and RAG-based solutions.
• Evaluate model monitoring frameworks, performance thresholds, and governance controls.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to developers, business stakeholders, risk teams, and senior management.
• Support ongoing development of AI governance and model risk standards.
