Job summary

Escape is hiring for a NYC-based hybrid role in our Post-Sales team. You will be the primary technical partner guiding customers from handover to deployment and long-term adoption, collaborating with security engineers and platform leaders globally.

This role requires strong technical credibility and the ability to work with engineering and security teams, including scripting and automation to resolve challenges and enable seamless integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, developer tools, or another deep-tech environment.
• Engineering degree in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, or a similar technical field.
• Hands-on experience with scripting, troubleshooting, or workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and modern development environments, AI and pentesting.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship post‑sales, starting at handoff from Sales Engineering.
• Guide customers through production deployment, product configuration, technical integrations, and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, using scripting and workflow automation as needed.
• Connect Escape to customers’ existing engineering and security processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Travel for in‑person customer engagements, workshops, conferences, and company offsites.
