• Willingness to meet a 2,000 billable hour expectation and hybrid schedule (4 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and financial services litigation matters on a busy docket.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and client strategy memoranda.
• Oversee discovery, document review, and witness preparation.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court conferences.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and communications.
