Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Professional certification as applicable to line of business.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Licensing: NV Required.
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: NV.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Workers Compensation claims to determine benefits due within client service requirements.
• Analyze and process claims with action plans to timely resolution and exposure assessment.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client; report to excess carrier as needed.
