Job summary

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality primary and family care in a clinic setting. You will conduct assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.

You will manage preventive care, care coordination, vaccinations, and chronic disease management while handling essential operations and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active, unrestricted state APRN license
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care with assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling and care coordination with other providers
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
• Complete clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up and insurance verification
• Maintain a safe, efficient care environment with timely patient management
